Thankyou for joining us, if you are reading this you are one of my first 26 Subscribers and I am sooooo excited to connect with ya’ll.
I have been wondering what it is that I want to share with you guys, and what has come up is sharing the creative journey of my next album co-creation with my brother Keerin (mboof). I won’t be giving too much away about the album, as I love creations to be a pleasant surprise, but I would love to share a bit about the journey itself.
Where am I at? To be honest, I am being guided by my inner being to clear, clean and organise my home space to get ready for this next period of creativity. I have noticed I have been wanting my next steps to be “out there” somewhat (surely cleaning and clearing can’t be it), but my loving guidance keeps pointing me back to home, my foundation, feeling good and then doing what I am inspired to do (rather than pushing to motivate myself).
So ok, I am chipping away, but insisting on ease and flow with the process… I may get a little impatient at times {smiley face with squinty eyes}.
Yesterday I did my computer housekeeping, got all the songs for the next album in their appropriate order, and put the music files in the folder as well (we have already put all the music of the songs into Boof’s computer and now need to re-record the vocals I did on my ipod… they’re a little sketchy).
I hooked Catrina Dyer Music up to Google and started my Catrina Dyer Music Facebook page (which currently has no photo’s… or anything really except one post advising of my Website). I am relatively new to this social media game so I am finding/feeling my way gently, gently. I gotta say, it’s a lot of fun when I don’t take things too seriously. It used to be all about the end result for me but these days I am understanding and appreciating the joy of the journey. There is always gonna be stuff not finished or manifestations that are not ready to arrive yet, so I am learning to relax into trust and faith that all is well and that things will arrive in their own perfect timing . I am finally trusting the process and the Universe. YEY!!!
